This website, www.juratools.com ("Website"), is owned and operated by Diaset BV, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK: 30184982) in Utrecht, The Netherlands. References to “JURA Tools,” “we,” or “us” refer to Diaset BV.

These terms apply to all purchases and bookings made on our Website, as well as to orders placed via direct request, quotation, or invoicing. Please read them carefully before placing an order. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We supply products for private, domestic, and professional use. Use for commercial resale is not permitted unless agreed upon in advance. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Your order is governed by the version in effect at the time of purchase. Always review the current terms before placing a new order.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where pricing, stock availability, product descriptions, or technical errors occur.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in EUR, excluding VAT and shipping. JURA Tools reserves the right to change prices or product content at any time without prior notice. When you place an order, our team evaluates it, and an invoice is issued within 24 hours including:

Any price changes, corrections, or compensation requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your goods. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Pricing Errors

While we strive for accuracy, pricing or product information may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders placed for products listed with incorrect pricing or information—regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If we cancel an order due to a pricing error, you will be notified and refunded in full (if applicable).

Product Availability

Items marked “In Stock” are subject to availability at time of order. Availability at specific locations is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund.

Product photos are for illustration. Variations in color, size, and design may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or minor production differences. For critical details, contact us before ordering.

Measuring Guides

All guides provided are for reference only. We recommend double-checking measurements with us before placing custom orders.

Orders

The Online Store guides you through placing an order. A summary screen will display the selected products, quantity, and unit prices. After submitting your order:

Once verified and paid, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation and invoice.

Custom and made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically to order and exempt from cancellation under Dutch consumer law. Orders placed cannot be changed or canceled under any circumstance. No cancellations are accepted after an order is placed, regardless of processing status. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the return procedure. Any additional purchases must be made separately.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed from Wednesday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays). As a family-run company, order processing may take time, especially during busy periods. We do our best to prepare and ship in-stock items within 5 business days after receiving payment. Larger orders may require more time. Delivery times:

All shipments require an adult signature. If no one is available after 3 delivery attempts, and no contact is made within 5 days, the package will be returned. Re-shipping fees apply. JURA Tools is not responsible for customs fees or import duties outside the EU.

Customers will receive a track & trace code. The receiver is responsible for monitoring the shipment and ensuring someone is available to accept delivery. We are not liable for undelivered packages if the customer did not track the shipment or failed to receive it.

Right to Cancel

According to Dutch consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order for new, unused goods within 14 days. This does not apply to made-to-order or personalized items. Returned items must be in original, unused condition, including packaging and invoice. Refunds exclude original shipping and may be reduced if items were handled excessively.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be requested and approved by email. Use insured, trackable parcel post. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. We are not responsible for loss or damage in return transit.

Refunds via PayPal or bank transfer only. Products from resellers cannot be returned to us and vice versa.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable. A voucher will be issued, valid for 1 month. Used sale items may carry limited warranty. No returns or warranty on discounted or second-hand goods. Errors or misuse of vouchers may result in order cancellation. Vouchers cannot be combined with sales or combination deals. If such an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel it!

Warranty

Customs, Import Duties & Compliance Outside EU

International orders may be subject to customs inspections and fees. Customers are responsible for all related costs. We do not refund or reimburse such fees. If a shipment is returned due to non-compliance, the customer covers all resulting costs.

Jurisdiction & Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Dutch courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, though we may pursue claims in your country of residence.

Wijzigingen in Voorwaarden

Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden periodiek bijwerken. Jouw bestelling valt onder de versie die van kracht is op het moment van aankoop. Controleer altijd de huidige voorwaarden voordat je een nieuwe bestelling plaatst.

Orderacceptatie

Wij behouden ons het recht voor om een bestelling naar eigen goeddunken te weigeren of te annuleren, bijvoorbeeld bij prijsfouten, voorraadproblemen, foutieve productomschrijvingen of technische fouten.

Prijzen en Betaling

Alle prijzen zijn in EUR, exclusief btw en verzendkosten. JURA Tools behoudt zich het recht voor om prijzen of productinhoud op elk moment zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving te wijzigen. Na het plaatsen van een bestelling ontvang je binnen 24 uur een factuur met:

Prijswijzigingen, correcties of compensatieverzoeken moeten binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de goederen worden ingediend. Daarna worden claims niet geaccepteerd.

Prijsfouten

Hoewel we streven naar nauwkeurigheid, kunnen prijzen of productinformatie incidenteel fouten bevatten. We behouden ons het recht voor om dergelijke fouten of onnauwkeurigheden te corrigeren en bestellingen te annuleren die zijn geplaatst voor producten met onjuiste prijzen of informatie—ongeacht of de bestelling is bevestigd of betaald. Als we een bestelling annuleren vanwege een prijsfout, word je op de hoogte gesteld en volledig terugbetaald (indien van toepassing).

Beschikbaarheid van Producten

Producten met de aanduiding “Op voorraad” zijn onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid op het moment van bestelling. Beschikbaarheid op specifieke locaties is niet gegarandeerd. Indien een product na bevestiging toch niet beschikbaar blijkt, nemen wij contact met je op voor een alternatief of terugbetaling.

Productfoto’s zijn ter illustratie. Kleur-, formaat- of ontwerpverschillen kunnen optreden door belichting, scherminstellingen of kleine productieverschillen. Neem bij twijfel vooraf contact op.

Meetinstructies

Alle meetgidsen zijn slechts ter referentie. Wij raden aan om maten dubbel te controleren alvorens maatwerk te bestellen.

Bestellingen

De webshop leidt je door het bestelproces. Een samenvattingsscherm toont de geselecteerde producten, aantallen en prijzen. Na het indienen:

Na verificatie en betaling ontvang je de definitieve orderbevestiging en factuur.

Op maat gemaakte producten kunnen niet geretourneerd of geannuleerd worden. Deze zijn wettelijk uitgesloten van herroepingsrecht. Na het plaatsen van een bestelling zijn wijzigingen of annuleringen niet mogelijk. Retourneren is alleen mogelijk binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, volgens het retourbeleid. Extra aankopen dienen apart te worden gedaan.

Verzending en Levering

Bestellingen worden verwerkt van woensdag t/m zaterdag (behalve feestdagen). Als familiebedrijf vragen we je begrip voor mogelijke verwerkingstijden. In voorraad zijnde artikelen worden doorgaans binnen 5 werkdagen na betaling verzonden. Grote orders kunnen meer tijd vergen.

Levertijd binnen EU: ±5 werkdagen na verzending

Alle zendingen vereisen handtekening bij ontvangst. Bij 3 mislukte afleverpogingen en geen contact binnen 5 dagen, wordt het pakket retour gestuurd. Herverzendkosten zijn voor de klant. JURA Tools is niet verantwoordelijk voor douanekosten of invoerrechten buiten de EU.

Bij verzending ontvang je een track & trace code. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het volgen en aannemen van het pakket. Niet opgehaalde of geweigerde pakketten zijn voor eigen risico en kosten.

Herroepingsrecht

Producten dienen ongebruikt en in originele verpakking te worden teruggestuurd met factuur. Terugbetalingen (excl. originele verzendkosten) volgen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst of bewijs van retour.

Retourneren en Omruilen

Alle retouren moeten vooraf via e-mail goedgekeurd worden. Retourkosten zijn voor de klant, tenzij het product defect of verkeerd geleverd is. Gebruik altijd verzekerde en traceerbare verzending.

Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor verlies of schade tijdens retourzending. Terugbetalingen geschieden via PayPal of bankoverschrijving. Artikelen via wederverkopers kunnen niet aan ons worden geretourneerd en vice versa.

Onze totale aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag dat is betaald voor het product of de dienst. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade of gevolgschade.

Intellectueel Eigendom

Alle inhoud, inclusief ontwerpen en handleidingen, is eigendom van JURA Tools of haar licentiegevers. Gebruik zonder toestemming is verboden.

Rechtsgeldige Taal

Deze voorwaarden zijn opgesteld in het Engels. Bij vertaalverschillen geldt de Engelse versie.

Toepasselijk Recht en Jurisdictie

Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de Nederlandse rechter, tenzij wij kiezen voor een procedure in jouw woonland.
